Antique handkerchiefs found at estate sales throughout North & South Carolina that have been hand washed & pressed, tied (not cut!) & fastened to a clip to be worn as a hair clip, scarf tie or broach. 
Handkerchiefs are not cut when they are bonded to the clip - simply cut the threads binding the handkerchief to the clip & your handkerchief unfolds perfectly intact!
